Mr. Huo is a partner, resident in the Beijing office.  Mr. Huo's practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring.

Before joining Haiwen in 2015, Mr. Huo worked at two reputable PRC law firms for several years.
