Ms. Meng serves as counsel at Haiwen Beijing office. Ms. Meng specializes in the areas of private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. Ms. Meng has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors and has particular expertise in the healthcare, AI, TMT, cross-border e-commerce, and logistics sectors. Ms. Meng is licensed to practice law in China. 

Ms. Meng joined Haiwen in early 2018. Prior to joining Haiwen, Ms. Meng practiced many years with Beijing Global Law Office.

● Ms. Meng has extensively represented financial institutions and private equity firms, including Hongshan, Hillhouse, Alibaba, IDG, TPG, CDH, YF Capital, Banyan Capital, TF Capital, Houpu, China-US Green Fund, SAIF Partners, Skycus Capital, and Beijing Science & Technology Innovation Fund in their investments. 

●  Ms. Meng’s representative experience includes investment and/or financing of the following enterprises: Narwal, Mobvoi, Autra Tech, XBiome, AI Park, Dasouche, WeDoctor, Cloudwise, Terminus, SYNYI AI, Deepwise Medical, Asymchem, CALIBRA Scientific, Pharma Legacy, Dingtai Pharmaceutical, Genor Bio, Zerun Biotech, Mojia Bio, Miniso, Leqee, Shuhai Supply Chain, Duiba Group, KYE Express, ZTO Freight, and Miotech. 

●  Ms. Meng also had secondment with a Fortune Global 500 multinational company, primarily working on cross-border M&A, real estate and general corporate works.

Ms. Meng received her LLB degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2012. She also received a master's degree in law from University of London in 2013. 

Ms. Meng's native language is Mandarin Chinese and she is fluent in English.
