Ms. Tong is a counsel of Haiwen & Partners and joined the Beijing office of Haiwen & Partners in 2016. Ms. Tong specializes in the areas of private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Ms. Tong has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors and has particular expertise in the healthcare, AI, TMT and logistics sectors. Ms. Tong is licensed to practice law in China.

In the area of equity financing, Ms. Tong has extensively facilitated well-known enterprises and funds in minority equity investments across sectors such as high-tech, hardware technology and manufacturing, new energy, cloud and big data, internet culture, entertainment, online healthcare, and online education. Her expertise encompasses legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and the execution of investor rights. Ms. Tong's notable public engagements include representing Orinno Capital in investments like Bluewave, Innobase, Novel Medical, and representing SDIC in investments such as Kechow Pharma, Jingjie PTM Biolab and Shanghai Zhengxin Business Consulting.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Tong has demonstrated profound experience in assisting clients with the evaluation and design of complex transaction structures, as well as the implementation and execution of transaction arrangements.

In the area of general corporate, Ms. Tong also has considerable experience. His recent projects encompass providing legal advisory services to various well-known enterprises and funds, and providing legal support for the daily operations and compliance matters of various startups in sectors such as cultural entertainment and healthcare.

Ms. Tong received her LL.B. degree and her Master of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2013 and 2016 respectively.

Ms. Tong's native language is Chinese and she is fluent in English.
