Ms. Wang is a counsel of Haiwen & Partners and joined Haiwen in 2016. Ms. Wang specializes in the areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate areas.

In the area of capital markets transactions, Ms. Wang has participated in the representative projects including: (1) HK or US IPO: Wanka Online, China Bohai Bank, Jinshang Bank, CEB GREENTECH; (2) A shares IPO: Postal Savings Bank of China (Main Board of the SSE), Qing Cloud (SSE Star Market), Huaqin (Main Board of the SSE); (3) Follow on offerings: follow on H shares offerings by CITIC AMC, Ainnovation and GRCB, follow on A shares offerings by Postal Savings Bank of China, issuances of offshore preference shares by Postal Savings Bank of China and China Cinda AMC; (4) Domestic and overseas bond issuance: CITIC AMC, GWAMC, China Cinda AMC, LOGAN PPT, PANDA GREEN, and CONCORD NE, and etc.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Wang has participated in representative projects including: advising Dayone Capital, Sunshine Insurance, China Internet Investment Fund and CMC in connection with several equity investments; advising CITIC AMC in connection with transferring controlling interests of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank and Huarong Trust; advising CITIC AMC, China Orient AMC and Huarong Securities in connection with introducing strategic investors; advising Shandong Financial Asset Management in connection with its investment in Hengfeng Bank and Fullgoal Fund; Assisting CITIC AMC and Shandong Financial Asset Management in several non-performing asset acquisition and disposal projects, and etc.

In the area of general corporate, Ms. Wang is advising or advised CITIC AMC, Shandong Financial Asset Management and China Taiping etc. on general compliance matters

Ms. Wang received her bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and her Master of Laws degree from Peking University in 2013 and 2016 respectively.

Ms. Wang's native language is Chinese and she is fluent in English.
