Ms. Gao is a counsel based in Shenzhen Office of Haiwen. Ms. Gao’s main practice focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment and capital markets.

Ms. Gao joined Haiwen in 2017.

In the area of capital markets transactions, Ms. Gao’s recent representative experiences include: Mengniu‘s acquisition of control over Shanghai Milkground Food Tech Co., Ltd.; Fibcom’s issuance of shares and cash payment for the acquisition of 51% of Rolling Wireless‘s equity; Chongqing Brewery Co.,Ltd.’s acquisition of Carlsberg‘s beer assets; Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.’s acquisition of Mango TV and other new media assets; Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd.‘s cross-border acquisition of Bosch’s motor business; Yuantong Express’s listing on capital market after reverse merger with Dayang; material assets restructuring of Shanghai Baosteel Packaging Co.,Ltd., AVICOPTER PLC., Fujian Sunner Development Co., Ltd., and Meiya Pico; private placement of A Shares of Mango Excellent Media Co.,Ltd.and Yuantong Express.

In the field of investment and mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Gao has provided legal services for investment institutions such as IDG, GIC, SIG, Byte Dance, Ant Financial, CICC Capital, CFTC and etc..

Ms. Gao obtained a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Wuhan University in 2014, and a Master of Law from the University of Montreal in Canada in 2015.

Ms. Gao's native language is Chinese and she is fluent in English.
