    Jiahui has extensive experience in advising leading domestic and foreign investment funds and internet enterprises, such as IDG, Tencent, CICC Capital, Chengtong Hungai Funds, CAS Venture Capital, Baidu Venture, ETP, and the National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrade Fund, on a wide range of their investment transactions. These include offshore- and onshore-structured investments, strategic and financial investments, and equity or equity-linked debt investments. Jiahui also advises clients on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions, including the joint venture transactions between Neusoft Reach and Honda China, the equity financing of Xigua Music.

    In the area of corporate compliance and data compliance, Jiahui has advised reputable state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations on general corporate compliance review and consultation, data protection and cybersecurity issues.
